Since 2007, Sunshine Coast Construction, Inc. has lived by the motto ‘honest, quality work sorts out the rest.’ As a local business serving the beaches community, former customers everywhere and we are always proud to stop a say hello. Our passion for the intimate construction experience is visible in our hard work and dedication to treating each project as if we were building it for our own families. Our team is made up of skilled and experienced craftsmen that are the ones completing the project. Same trusted faces are on site day in day out and hold complete control over the experience.

Joe was attending the University of North Florida working toward a marketing degree. He was a full-time student paying his way through school but did not want to absorb any unnecessary school debt, so he looked for a job to pay for college. He was dating Amber Findley at the time and her dad need some help with his carpentry business. Bob Findley achieved the level of Master Carpenter and was doing finish carpentry in high end homes. The right opportunity had presented itself.

Sunshine Coast Construction, Inc. believes in giving back to the community that has given so much to us. Philanthropy and community involvement are a vibrant, ongoing part of our culture. Below are just some of the many community projects that Sunshine Coast Construction supports.
26.2 with Donna
​
Sunshine Coast Construction, Inc. proudly supports 26.2 with DONNA, which is a private non-profit organization in Northeast Florida producing the only marathon in the U.S. dedicated to breast cancer research and care. 26.2 with DONNA net proceeds go to breast cancer research, care and awareness.

Mt. Dora Children’s Home
​
Created in 1945, Mt. Dora Children’s Home serves homeless, abused and at-risk children. Mount Dora Children’s Home stands at the forefront to help children find the security, stability, and structure needed to enjoy the same normal childhood so many of us remember fondly. Over the past several years, Sunshine Coast Construction, Inc. has donated hundreds of man hours to remodel a Mt. Dora Children’s Home dormitory used to house at risk children.

Youth sports and recreation league. Sunshine Coast Construction, Inc. sponsors baseball teams and the association as a whole.
